As an ancient cradle of Armenian winemaking, Vedi Alco is constantly improving the traditions of Armenian winemaking. Since the year of 2017 the company has been cooperating with French winemaker Damien Gachot. Together with Mr. Damien “Vedi Alco” has created a project within the framework of which a new wine will be produced based on Armenian and French winemaking traditions, which will soon be out in the Armenian and French market.  

Vedi Alco presents a new line of wine named "YEREVANTSI." The line includes dry white, red and semi-dry red wine. Red wine types are made from traditional Armenian grape “Areni” which is considered one of the best grape varieties for winemaking. Dry white wine types are made from a grape called “Voskehat.” On December 9, the presentation of the above-mentioned wines was held at the restaurant Veranda. Some residents of Yerevan loved and known by everyone were present at the presentation.  The product will soon appear on the market and will be available at shops before New Year's Eve. A number of interesting ideas were told about wine.

Putting an emphasis on the development of national cinematography, “Vedi Alco” has been supporting the realization of the Golden Apricot International Film Festival for years. In their turn, the organizers of the festival, appreciating Vedi Alco’s contribution in the film festival held this year, awarded the company with "Mantashyants Aspet" Medal.
